Since our offerings consist exclusively of digital products, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and customized digital services, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including downloadable software, digital licenses, subscriptions, templates, and other electronically delivered content, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered, downloaded, activated, or accessed.
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The purchased product cannot be delivered due to a technical issue caused by Quadtech LLC.
You were charged multiple times for the same purchase.
The product is materially different from its published description.
A verified technical issue prevents you from using the product and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
SaaS Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction.
Custom Software Development & Professional Services
Payments made for custom software development, consulting, data processing, web research, IT support, system maintenance, cybersecurity services, document digitization, or any other professional services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Administrative, planning, licensing, and third-party costs already incurred may be deducted from the refundable amount.
For milestone-based projects, payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
Service Issues
If you experience any issues with our products or services, we encourage you to contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical problems, service interruptions, or product defects before determining refund eligibility.
Refund Approval
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Compatibility issues caused by your own hardware, software, or internet environment where system requirements were clearly stated.
Services that have already been delivered or completed.
Subscription periods that have already commenced.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or notice duplicate transactions, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors will be corrected as quickly as possible.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, please contact us so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account.
